Our Technology Products may collect and transmit information to one of our cloud platforms to enable us to deliver the service that you have subscribed to.

We know that your privacy is important to you. We created this Privacy Policy to let you know what Personal Information we collect, how we use and share the Personal Information we collect, and how we protect your privacy. The Privacy Policy applies to your use of this website (the “Site”) and all Products, except those Products that have a separate Privacy Policy.

If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or our privacy practices, please contact our data privacy team at data.inquiry@usriot.com or by call us at 0531-88826739.

YOUR CONSENT

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully before using this Site and our Products. By using this Site or our Products, you are consenting to the collection, use and disclosure of your Personal Information as set forth in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any of the terms of this Privacy Policy, then you may not access or use this Site or our Products.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

PUSR collects personal information from you, which is information that can be used to directly or indirectly identify you (“Personal Information”). Personal Information also includes anonymous information that is linked to information that can be used to directly or indirectly identify you. Personal Information does not include information that has been irreversibly anonymized or aggregated so that it can no longer enable us, whether in combination with other information or otherwise, to identify you.

Here is a description of the types of Personal Information we may collect and how we may use it:

Types of Personal Information We Collect

Depending on the Products you use, we collect different kinds of personal information from or about you.

● Information you volunteer: We collect the Personal Information you and others knowingly and voluntarily provide when you use this Site or our services. For example, we collect the Personal Information you provide when you subscribe to our emails, subscribe to a Cloud Service, request technical support, attend a webinar, or contact us with questions.

● Information from your browser, device or Product: We collect information that is sent to us automatically by your web browser or mobile device, or if applicable, the information that is sent to us by a Product if used in conjunction with one of our cloud services. This information typically includes your IP address, your Product’s IP address, your Product’s GPS location, the name of your operating system, the name and version of your browser and usage information. The information we receive may depend on your browser or device settings and the information that you personally define within your cloud data streams. The information we receive from your web browser and device is not, in and of itself, personally identifiable. Generally, we use this information in the aggregate to help us improve this Site and make it more compatible with the technology used by our visitors. However, we may combine it with other information in an attempt to identify you or we may combine it with information that does identify you. We may also review our server logs for security purposes (e.g., to detect intrusions into our network) and we might share our server logs, which contain visitors’ IP addresses, with the appropriate investigative authorities who could use that information to trace and identify you.

● Your location: Using GeoIP technology, and with your opt-in consent, we may also collect precise, real-time location information from your mobile device and use that information to deliver tailored content through this Site or to confirm that you are where you say you are. Your mobile device may allow you to adjust your settings so that the location information is not available to any mobile website or application. If you have questions about the security and privacy settings of your mobile or tablet device, please refer to instructions from your mobile service provider or the manufacturer of your device.

● Information about payments: If you make a purchase, we collect personal information in connection with the purchase. This information includes payment information, such as your credit or debit card number and other card information; other account and authentication information; and billing, shipping, and contact details.

● Information from third parties: We may collect information from third parties, including business partners and marketing agencies. This includes your contact information from marketing partners when we engage in joint marketing or co-branding activities.

● Information collected by cookies and other technologies: We use “cookies” and other technologies to collect information and support certain features of this Site. You can remove or reject cookies using your browser or device settings, but in some cases doing so may affect your ability to use our products and services efficiently. Please read our Cookie Policy to learn more about how we use cookies and the choices you have.

How We Use Your Personal Information

Generally, we use the information we collect to provide, improve, and develop our Site and Products, to communicate with you, to offer you targeted Products, and to protect us and our users.

PUSR collects, processes, and determines how to process your Personal Information as data controller for the following purposes:

● to provide the information and Products you request;

● for security, credit or fraud prevention purposes;

● to provide you with a personalized experience when you use this Site;

● to contact you with special offers and other information we believe will be of interest to you (in accordance with any privacy preferences you have expressed to us);

● to contact you with information and notices related to your use of our Site;

● to invite you to participate in surveys and provide feedback to us (in accordance with any privacy preferences you have expressed to us);

● to better understand your needs and interests;

● to improve the content, functionality and usability of this Site;

● to improve our Products;

● to improve our marketing and promotional efforts; and

● for any other purpose identified in an applicable privacy notice, click-through agreement or other agreement between you and us.

As a global company, PUSR has a number of corporate affiliates in different jurisdictions. Each of these affiliates collects, processes and determines how to process your personal information as a data controller to help provide you the Products and Services you request.

YOUR CHOICES

In General

We respect your right to make choices about the ways we collect, use and disclose your Personal Information. In most cases, we will ask you to indicate your choices at the time we collect your Personal Information. Even if you do not opt-in, we may use your data for other purposes described in our privacy policy and as permitted by applicable law.

Communication Preferences

In relation to marketing communications, we will provide you with an “opt in” or “opt out” mechanism depending on where you are located when we collect your personal information. An “opt in” mechanism will provide you the opportunity to positively indicate that you would like or do not object to our sending you such further communications and we will not send you any unless you have “opted in”. An “opt out” mechanism (e.g., “unsubscribe”) will provide you the opportunity to indicate that you do not want us to send you such further communications, and if you “opt out” we will not send you any. Either way, opting in or opting out will be up to you.

Do Not Track mechanisms

California law requires this Privacy Policy to address how the Site responds to any “Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) signal” delivered by your browser. Because of the changing state of technology and indecision within the industry regarding the meaning of DNT signals, we currently do not make any guarantee that we will honor DNT signals.

Previously Expressed Preferences

You may change previously expressed preferences regarding how we use your Personal Information. If at any time you wish to be taken off our mailing lists, please indicate your preferences by e-mailing data. inquiry@usriot.com or by indicating your preferences on our privacy management page.

We may disclose your Personal Information when we, in good faith, believe disclosure is appropriate to comply with the law, a court order or a subpoena. We may also disclose your Personal Information to prevent or investigate a possible crime, such as fraud or identity theft, to protect the security of this Site, to enforce or apply our cloud service terms of service or other agreements, or to protect our own rights or property or the rights, property or safety of our users or others.

We will perform such changes within a reasonable time and, in any case, within the time limits established by applicable law. We may ask you for additional information to verify your identity. In most cases, we will provide access and correct or delete any inaccurate information you discover. In some cases, however, we may limit or deny your request if the law permits or requires us to do so or if we are unable to verify your identify.

You are also entitled to object to or restrict, at any time, the further processing of your Personal Information. Your Rights

Under European Union data protection laws you may have the following rights:

● Right not to be subject to a decision based on automated profiling: This applies where the automated processing produces legal effects on you or similarly significantly affects you. Note, it does not apply if the decision (a) is necessary for the performance of a contract between you and us, (b) is authorized by applicable law, or (c) is based on your explicit consent. However, where (a) or (c) applies, you have the right to obtain human intervention. You also have the right to be informed of the logic involved in such processes

● Make a complaint: You have the right to make a complaint at any time to the relevant data protection supervisory authority in the EU member state in which you reside. Please see “Recourse” below.

You will not have to pay a fee to access your Personal Information (or to exercise any of the other rights). However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive or excessive. Alternatively, we may refuse to comply with your request in these circumstances.

We may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and ensure your right to access your Personal Information (or to exercise any of your other rights). This is a security measure to ensure that personal information is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it. We may also contact you to ask you for further information in relation to your request to speed up our response.

We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally it may take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or you have made a number of requests. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated.

Data Transfers outside the European Economic Area

The Personal Information that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination in the United States. It may also be processed by staff operating in the United States who work for us or for one of our suppliers. By submitting your personal information, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing.

Where we transfer personal information to the United States, we ensure the protection of your Personal Information by instituting EU-approved Model Contracts.
