Prices of key components, including memory, storage, semiconductor chips, PCBs, and other electronic materials, have increased substantially, leading to a continuous rise in our manufacturing costs.

After careful evaluation, we will implement a price adjustment for selected product lines, including industrial communication products, routers, WiFi serial servers, network devices, CAN products, and certain Ethernet and LoRa modules, effective July 16, 2026.

Please note that:

· Existing confirmed orders will not be affected by this adjustment.

· New quotations for the affected products will be valid for 7 days due to ongoing fluctuations in component costs.

· Customers are kindly requested to confirm the latest pricing with our sales team before placing new orders.

For key customers with regular purchasing plans, we are happy to discuss customized pricing solutions, volume-based cooperation terms, and supply planning arrangements.

To help customers better manage future cost fluctuations and ensure stable supply, we can also support long-term material planning and product reservation arrangements based on confirmed demand forecasts.
