How to switch the RS485/RS422/RS232 mode of serial to ethernet converter USR-N510?

 

RS232 Mode

Dial switches are both down, the number 00. (up means 1, down means 0)

 

RS485 Mode

Dial switches are both up, the number 11. (up means 

 

RS422 Mode

The left dial switch is up, the right side is down, the number 10. (up means 1, down means 0)
