I need advice. I want to read energy meters with modbus RTU remotely via GPRS.
I have special SIM cards with fixed IP address for GPRS. From the server side there is only the possibility of modbus TCP data format.
Is USR-IO424T-GR such communication will be possible? I do not want to use USR Cloud.
So connect the modbus RTU energy meter to USR IO424T-GR ( with fixed IP)  and remote Modbus TCP polling. If not, what solution and device you recommend.
